Our Process
We it comes to your energy,
let our advisors think about it so you don’t have to.

Evaluation
Your energy advisor learns about your business and identifies your energy needs. Be prepared to discuss:
- Your day-to-day operations
- Terms of your current contract
- Your internal purchasing process
- Risk tolerance
- Planned efficiency upgrades
Data Collection
To start the procurement process, your energy advisor will ask for:
Invoice Copy
LEARN WHYInvoice Copy
Your invoice gives us information needed in the pricing process, such as your account number and service address.
Copy of Current Agreement
LEARN WHYCopy of Current Agreement
We use this to verify the contract end date to ensure that a new agreement doesn’t overlap with your current one. We also look at the termination language to help you avoid early termination fees.
Authorization Letter
LEARN WHYAuthorization Letter
This allows us to receive pricing from suppliers on your behalf and allows suppliers to receive usage information from the utility.
Supplier Selection
We send the information from Step 2 to our carefully selected supply partners that can provide service in your area. Suppliers are chosen based on numerous factors such as credit worthiness, customer service, and competitive pricing.
Proposal Review
After we receive pricing, we compile the results into a Supplier Summary and Recommendation document that shows how the supplier offerings compare to each other and highlights our recommendation.
Product and Term Selection
Your advisor talks you through each supplier’s offering and helps you choose the best product, rate, and term that matches your energy needs.
Contract Review & Execution
Once you choose a product and term, we request an agreement from the supplier. We review the contract language for you and send it to you for signature. After you sign, we send it to the supplier on your behalf. We’ll give you confirmation that it has been executed and provide the countersigned copy when it’s available.
